Being in advertising for as long as I have, I've seen a lot of changes, worked on thousands of projects, and experienced a myriad of situations. But the one thing that has never changed is the magic and energy that happens collaborating and creating with talented people who want to do great things. I'm lucky enough to be involved with people and opportunities that still make me feel I have the greatest job in the world.
I understand what's required to create, manage, present, deliver, and “sell” an idea. I've created and directed campaigns for healthcare, higher education, banking, finance, hospitality, insurance, retail, home-building, B2B and many, many more. And I’ve done it the right way...with collaboration, respect, integrity, and the desire to do great work with great people.

Greg Kosinski is an excellent Creative Director with a broad range of digital, print and mixed media experience. Greg can visualize, what is often, the intangible. He is very collaborative and works closely with both the client and his creative team to capture the essence of a product’s benefits and beauty.
I first worked with Greg when I was Director of Product and Brand Management for Hunter Douglas Window Fashions and then, again, in my capacity as Senior Director of Hunter Douglas Product Sampling and Photography. In both roles, I was the client with strong opinions, high expectations and many non-negotiable demands. He was always able to bridge the many opinions and requirements with fresh, creative concepts in design, color, layout and structure. Greg also worked very closely with leading shelter publication photographers and stylists to produce the highest possible quality in each photography shoot and in each video element. He stood his ground when necessary, but was always respectful and professional in his approach. Greg’s ability to maintain excellent relations with the entire cast of stakeholders was amazing. He worked with various marketing teams, sample book makers, printers and supply partners on a multitude of product sampling projects and accompanying POP materials.
All the stakeholders were perfectionists with conflicting ideas and methods. Greg was able to deliver wonderful and impactful creative solutions that were on-time and within budget. I have the utmost respect for Greg’s talent, management skills and professional conduct. He is an amazing asset to any creative project and team.
